- When timing should be confirmed separately
- How to speed up processing
Delivery timing depends on more than the destination. The selected service, handover time, weight, dimensions, document readiness, address accuracy and recipient requirements can all influence the final route.
What affects timing
- origin and destination city
- standard, express or urgent service format
- pickup details and recipient availability
- document checks for international routes
When timing should be confirmed separately
Urgent, international, heavy, commercial or specially packed shipments should be checked with a manager before handover. That keeps the promised timing realistic for the chosen route.
How to speed up processing
Prepare the exact address, recipient phone number, contents description, weight, dimensions and preferred timing. The fewer missing details there are, the faster the route can be calculated and accepted.
